Membership Fees

Alongside the requirement of members to agree and adhere to Grampound Road CC's Codes of Conduct and Club Rules (which can be found here), any membership of Grampound Road CC is subject to the following:

• Membership runs annually from 1st March - 28 February.
• Members are required to sign up to Teamo (for details on how to use Teamo, please see the Become a Roadie page)
• Payment is online only via our Payments page.
• Junior Membership applies to those under 16 on 1st September of the previous year.
• Concession Membership for students applies to those over 16 on 1st September of the previous year in full time education.
• Those Members who join as a Junior Member and play Cornwall League cricket shall only pay Match Fees until the point at which their total payments (Membership, Training Fees and Match Fees combined) reach £80. At that point their Membership shall convert to a Full Senior Concession Membership and no further payments shall be due for the remainder of the season.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full by 1st May unless the Member is paying in instalments via Direct Debit or is awarded a Membership Subsidy (see below). Late payers will not be eligible for selection after this date until full payment is made or instalment payments are up-to-date.

As a community focused club it is our desire to enable cricket to be accessible to all regardless of their socio-economic background. Grampound Road CC therefore operates a discretionary Membership Subsidy for those members that are unable to afford an annual membership or experience sudden and unavoidable life events that result in their financial circumstances being impacted. Any member who has been adversely impacted financially and wishes to discuss the potential for a reduced Membership Fee should approach the Membership Secretary in the first instance. All conversations or communication regarding these matters, whether on a formal or informal basis, is treated in the strictest confidence.

The Membership Subsidy is a confidential process run by the Membership Secretary who presents the circumstances facing the proposed or current member to the Executive Committee for a decision. Any decision by the Executive Committee is made on the facts of the individual's circumstances. The proposed or current member who is applying for the Membership Subsidy can choose to remain anonymous at all times of the process.

The Executive Committee may award a reduction in Membership Fees to the proposed or current member or may waive their Membership Fee entirely. All decsions by the Executive Committee will be final.
